A Message From Our Team:

Our goal at this time of uncertainty is to maintain our ability to provide care for our patients.

We want to make sure we can stay open to serve you in some capacity throughout the duration of the pandemic.

In so doing we need to limit our direct contact between our hospital team and the community for the safety of everyone.

We have made the following changes:

Admittance/Check-out:
– Please remain in your vehicle outside the clinic and call 780-624-1606 to notify us you have arrived.
– We will continue to allow only one person in with a patient.
-Please no children.
-All refill medications and pet foods will be delivered to your car. Please call ahead to ensure it will be ready and available when you arrive. We recommend paying via credit card or e-transfer before you arrive.

Shipment will be delivered to our clinic for pick up. Please allow 48 hours for delivery.
We are offering free delivery (within Peace River town limits) until April 30,20.

We want to stress to you our main goal is to keep services available to our community. With your cooperation and these measures we hope to achieve this through the pandemic of COVID-19.

We have limited staff during these uncertain times so please be patient with us as we work through this together.

Because there are daily changes to recommendations, we will continue to evolve with them to ensure we can be there for our clients.
